Cretors adds the OriginateAir to its range

Food processing and concession equipment group, C. Cretors and Company has added the OriginateAir to its hot air popping and puffing equipment line.

Designed for caramel corn shops and other concession locations, the OriginateAir continuously pops and puffs up to 40lbs/18kgs of popcorn or other snacks per hour.

Kernels are popped in a steady current of hot air, creating uniform popcorn with very little waste.

A built in sifter removes unpopped and undersized kernels, while a digital control panel allows the operator to set an exact temperature for the most efficient popping depending on the grade and popcorn used.

The stainless steel popper is a smaller version of Cretors' original Model 80 Continuous Hot Air Popper, measuring in at 34in x 59in x 63in (86.4cm x 150cm x 160cm)(depth x width x height).

The Cretors 50lb Caramelizer can be added to create a complete popper/coater combination that produces consistently coated caramel popcorn.
